Thank you for choosing Ha Giang Original Tour. Please take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions before confirming your tour. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the policies outlined below.
Booking Confirmation & Payment
- Once we receive your booking request, we will send a confirmation email with:
- Details of your motorbike or trekking tour
- Online PayPal invoice for secure payment
- To confirm your booking, payment is required as follows:
- Full payment, or
- A minimum deposit: 50% for the tour
- Accepted payment methods:
- PayPal (direct invoice link provided)
- Bank transfer (Vietnam-based or international)
⚠️ All bank transfer fees are your responsibility. Ha Giang Original Tour is not liable for incorrect payments. To ensure security, always use the exact link we provide.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans may change. Refunds are issued according to the timeline below:

| < 24 hours or No-show | No refund |
- No-show (not arriving at the agreed time/location): no refund.
- In case Ha Giang Original Tour cancels due to force majeure (e.g. weather, roadblocks, security), a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.
Change of Departure Date
- If you need to change your tour date, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible during:
- Vietnamese holidays (e.g. Tết, National Day)
- High season (September to November)
- One free date change is allowed. Additional changes may incur a small fee.
Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Landslides or blocked roads
- Political or safety concerns
We will always try to offer an alternative of equal or better value and inform you as early as possible.
Liability & Insurance
Our Commitment:
- All tours are conducted with care, professionalism, and safety.
- In the event of any issue caused by our team’s negligence, we accept full responsibility in accordance with Vietnamese law.
Your Responsibility:
- You are responsible for your personal belongings and health condition during the tour.
- We are not liable for:
- Accidents not caused by our staff
- Natural disasters or road hazards
- Lost or stolen items
Insurance Notice:
- Our tours do not include travel insurance.
- We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
- Medical emergencies
- Motorbike-related accidents
- Trip cancellations
- Property loss
Children & Special Needs Policy
- Motorbike tours are not suitable for children under 6 years old.
- Children 6–12 years old must ride with an adult and wear proper helmets.
- Please notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or physical limitations so we can adjust the experience accordingly.
Customer Conduct & Physical Fitness
- Most Ha Giang tours involve mountain roads, winding passes, and outdoor conditions. You should be in moderate physical health.
- All guests are expected to:
- Follow the instructions of the guide
- Respect local people and cultural traditions
- Not endanger themselves or others during the tour
- Ha Giang Original Tour reserves the right to remove guests who behave in a way that disrupts the group or compromises safety, with no refund.
