Ha Giang Original Tour was founded by two Hmong brothers who were born and raised in the mountains. Together with a team of local guides, we bring deep knowledge of the region’s culture, history, and hidden trails. Our mission is to offer authentic Ha Giang Loop experiences — with real local easy riders, homestays, and customized journeys — so you can truly connect with the land and its people, safely and memorably.
Booking your Ha Giang Loop tour is simple! You can:
Send us a message directly on WhatsApp for a quick response.
Fill out the booking form on our website (we usually reply within a few hours).
Or email us at info@hagiangoriginaltour.com if you prefer to plan ahead.
We’ll confirm the availability, answer any questions, and help you customize your experience. A small deposit may be required to secure your spot.
No worries! Most of our guests join as passengers with experienced local drivers (Easy Riders). If you want to ride yourself, an international motorbike license is legally required, and you should have prior riding experience.
The Ha Giang Loop is a scenic motorbike route in Northern Vietnam, famous for its towering limestone mountains, winding roads, ethnic minority villages, and breathtaking views. It typically starts and ends in Ha Giang City, covering places like Dong Van, Meo Vac, and Ma Pi Leng Pass.
Depending on the package, our tours typically include:
Motorbike (with or without driver)
Accommodation (local homestays or guesthouses)
All meals during the tour
Gasoline, entrance fees, guide/driver
Yes — as long as you go with experienced local guides. Our drivers are licensed, trained for safety, and very familiar with the road conditions. Helmets and protective gear are always provided
The best months are March to May and September to November, when the weather is dry and the views are stunning. December–February can be colder, but still doable.
We recommend:
3D2N for a short, scenic adventure
4D3N for a more relaxed pace and deeper cultural experience
Tours usually start and end in Ha Giang City. If you’re in Sapa or Hanoi, we can help arrange buses or transfers.
Yes! We offer both group and private tours, and we’re happy to tailor the route, duration, or accommodations based on your preferences.
Yes, but with conditions.
We recommend children aged 6+ and only as passengers with experienced drivers. For younger kids, or families seeking a slower pace, we can arrange private car tours instead of motorbikes.
The roads are winding, steep, and sometimes narrow, especially near Ma Pi Leng Pass.
If you’re not experienced, it’s safest to go as a passenger with one of our professional local drivers (Easy Riders). They know every turn and will ensure your safety and comfort.
From Hanoi:
